The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20x (on the bonus amount only). Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 20 = ৳30,000 in bets must be completed before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus may not be claimed more than once.
• Bonus funds may only be used to play games on rfb77 and cannot be withdrawn directly.
• The decision to award a bonus is at rfb77's sole discretion.
• If fraudulent activity is detected, the bonus will be cancelled.

06 Gaming Rules & Fair Play

6.1 Gaming Code of Conduct

• Using any external software, bots, or automated tools during a game is prohibited.
• Any attempt to control outcomes in coordination with other players ("collusion") is punishable.
• If a game is left incomplete due to a technical issue, rfb77's server logs will be considered final.
• If you have a dispute regarding the outcome of a game, a complaint must be submitted to the support team within 72 hours.

6.2 Technical Errors

Any bet or game result arising from a software or connection issue may be considered void. rfb77 reserves the right to cancel any bet where odds or payouts are clearly incorrect.

07 Prohibited Activities
